Gorgeous chunky coasters, all lovingly hand made from local Scottish Yew wood by Maggie Irving of the Barn Owl Bothy 😊💜 The tree in Helensburgh was creating a potential hazard due to diseased branches. Rather than have it all chipped and disposed of, the good wood was collected, sealed and stored in sections to dry out. Rescued wood, seasoned, upcycled and turned into a reusable item of rustic beauty to help put food in the mouths of rescued animals!! 😊😍😀 We hope you love them as much as we do!?
